PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

A bit of desktop inc the decisions we have seen gives me these 15 as the Judicial Panel (not sure if Murray Rosen should be one of 15). Could be slightly out of date. Mainly lawyers.
Murray Rosen KC
Mr Mark A. Hovell
Mr David Phillips KC
Mr James Drake KC
Mr Kwadjo Adjepong
Mr Robert Glancy KC
Mr Steve Holt FCA
Mr Michael Kaltz, FCA
His Honour Alan Greenwood
Mr Nick Igoe ACA
Sir David Foskett KC
Katherine Apps KC
Mr David Stern
Graeme McPherson KC
Dr Leanne O'Leary
Not sure how Rosen selects his dream team but I've noted that Mr Mark A Hovell appears to be the only KC on that list who is Manchester based. He's works for CAS, the Manchester FA and is also a trustee of the James Milner foundation.

Does it mean he's not sufficiently at "arms length" to be appointed to the IC ?

Glancy is a Manc (ex Manchester Grammar). If it is who I think it is, United fan! Did one of the PSR cases recently.

That rules him out then (hopefully)

The nightmare scenario would be an IC panel of Rosen (AFC), Glancy (MUFC) and Hovell (LFC suspected due to Milner connections).

Gotcha, thanks for the info as I couldn't understand that part but that makes sense.
Much more serious would be a finding that we represented equity funding as sponsorship. That would mean our Chairman uttered false accounts, a serious criminal offence.
