PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

6 (six) year plus investigation and court case and then the panel simply say it’s a minor infringement and small fine.

The football world would lose its mind.
You said "guilty of all charges" though.

That means guilty of Sheikh Mansour breaking PL rules, used his own money to fund the club, points deductions, titles removed, relegations and erasing the efforts and achievements of those years. Not exactly a 'minor infringement' nor would the panel ever conclude it as such if we were to be found "guilty of all charges".

But yeah, football twitter would go nuts! WOO!

As I said, dumb.

The best one I have heard today is 20 of the 115 charges City has already been found guilty off haha haha

Look I see it as City can not lose because if you think, if we are found guilty we are taking everybody else down with us, The whole system is bent to the core, just look over the road when Utd fudged £75 million in allowances with PSR and others ask for allowance was but was turned down, Utd even said it because of our annual turnover is greater than the rest hahahaah BENT to the core
Doesn't he play for Spuds?

our lawyers need to be ready to address the leaks and how they are used in the media to approach the non coop charges.

also showcase the media reporting on the case and how impartial this reporting is in general to make sure the independent panel is not influenced by it.

btw do we know who the panel is made of?

Clearly it depends on the regulations we are found to have broken and the sanctions imposed but let's not forget that in 1919 Leeds City FC were forcibly disbanded in 1919 in response to allegations of financial irregularities regarding illegal payments to players during WW!. They were expelled from the league in 1919 largely because the club's directors refused to cooperate with the FA inquiry and refused to hand over the club's financial records. Allegations, non-cooperation ... sound familiar?
I see cheerful charlie has turned up.....

Allegations, non-cooperation ... sound familiar?
You missed "City".

Same can be said of the PL legal team

We don’t know what advice the PL’s legal team gave them
They may have said, “taking into consideration the CAS decision and you have very little other evidence, we rate your chance of proving the case to be less than 10%”
And Masters is so balls deep in this he’s given the go ahead even though the odds are “massively” in City’s favour
Yes. Though they may well have been the ones advising the PL to allegedly offer a deal.
No such appetite from our side.

So why would each side likely choose their respective actions?
