Are we at the stage now that we have to disprove the charge to the balance of probabilities or that the PL have to prove them.

Dishonest concealment leading to false accounts. But I don't know. I am guessing because, unfairly in my view, the PL think it is acceptable just to issue a list of charges like it was just a bad foul in a meaningless match. So, "dishonest concealment" rather than falsifying accounts. So many terms where the explanations all sound very similar in my view. Well, as long as we can settle on what it is, we are getting somewhere.
What about the worst case scenario and draconian sanctions against the club. Surely we could go legally through the courts with such a scenario?Honestly I don't see any way these allegations are heard in the High Court - skirmishes perhaps but not the main event. We are stuck with the PL rules I think. But I think there is a good chance this makes it harder not easier for the PL to find against us. But that is quite a big guess.
What other team?As a fan of another team, I find this very interesting. But what strikes me after reading a lot of this thread is that there's a lot of blame-game going on here. I've read a lot of blame towards other clubs, the FA and PL, but very few, if any, are talking about the real case and the substance in the accusations. If there's done something wrong, which the enquiry will find out, surely there has to be consequences?

Not according to the rules and agreements we have signed as a member and shareholder of the PLWhat about the worst case scenario and draconian sanctions against the club. Surely we could go legally through the courts with such a scenario?
So the earlier Tweet from Martin Lipton referencing High and Supreme Court is nonsense?I don't agree with that at all. And there is no High Court route. The only appeal is another PL Panel. So lets hope I am right!
I’ll be more careful expressing options when it’s your time of the month in future, ****.
A 4 billion pound company being told that they must satisfy a 3 man committee in 14 days to stay solvent? I'm thinking not.Two weeks to respond to 101 charges based on 10 years of accounts including broad allegations that we have presented false accounts for nine periods in a row? From an organisation which apparently briefed the media even before they served us with the charges yesterday. This really is a set-up.
