PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

So, "dishonest concealment" rather than falsifying accounts. So many terms where the explanations all sound very similar in my view. Well, as long as we can settle on what it is, we are getting somewhere.
Dishonest concealment leading to false accounts. But I don't know. I am guessing because, unfairly in my view, the PL think it is acceptable just to issue a list of charges like it was just a bad foul in a meaningless match.

Honestly I don't see any way these allegations are heard in the High Court - skirmishes perhaps but not the main event. We are stuck with the PL rules I think. But I think there is a good chance this makes it harder not easier for the PL to find against us. But that is quite a big guess.
What about the worst case scenario and draconian sanctions against the club. Surely we could go legally through the courts with such a scenario?

As a fan of another team, I find this very interesting. But what strikes me after reading a lot of this thread is that there's a lot of blame-game going on here. I've read a lot of blame towards other clubs, the FA and PL, but very few, if any, are talking about the real case and the substance in the accusations. If there's done something wrong, which the enquiry will find out, surely there has to be consequences?
What other team?

Much less confident now.

The PL is essentially judge, jury and executioner. Not sure how we get an impartial hearing when the PL get to mark their own homework and no court of the land can oversee it.

If I remember correctly, Khaldoon when discussing the uefa case made it clear that this was not only an attack on city but an attack on the premier league. He warned they wanted to stop the success due to the other European leagues suffering. It might have been Tebas remarks he was referring to at the time.

Now roll onto 2023 and the greedy bastards in red are fulfilling that prophecy. They are so consumed with hate and jealousy towards stopping city at all costs. Even going so far as to be the main driving force behind the super league. This charade will damage the credibility of the league either way.Throw in the independent regulation and the job is nearly done. The reds cunts win.

Just like 92 the rags/dips wanted it all and will stop at nothing to achieve this aim including destroying MCFC. If we do prevail and once again claim victory It will be hallow. The league is rotten and in an ideal world I would not want City to be apart of it.

It’s not only City’s job to keep the league honest. The rest of the sheep would need to wake up before it too late. The club is not perfect but it is also not the corrupt club the media want everyone to believe. The later obviously has a vested interest in keeping this narrative going. Print media is going to the wall. I bet they have made a few quid this week.

Two weeks to respond to 101 charges based on 10 years of accounts including broad allegations that we have presented false accounts for nine periods in a row? From an organisation which apparently briefed the media even before they served us with the charges yesterday. This really is a set-up.
A 4 billion pound company being told that they must satisfy a 3 man committee in 14 days to stay solvent? I'm thinking not.
