And/or they are getting pissed off with how the Premier League is being run. Don't forget they were criticised for the legal bill they tried, and failed, to get Everton to pay. They were also criticised for appealing the Leicester judgement which added to the legal costs. All the so called smaller clubs need the PL handout but are seeing it wasted.

The Premier League is finished. At it's inception, their directive was to play European style football, less contact, more style, à la Guardiola. As the red tops are struggling to compete, suddenly, we need to return to the 'English way', up and under, kick and rush, physical thuggery.

Owners must be extremely confident, otherwise why not just stick £10 on a barrel of oil or threaten to cut trade ties with the Uk.All hell breaks lose. Majority of people unable to afford petrol. Jordan and his pals have been warning for quite a while that City obstruct the investigation and will employ the best lawyers to tie the PL in paralysing and costly knots to avoid answering for our breaches of the regulations. And now the media are concerned that the legal bills for the PL are now unaffordably high, so high they will make it impossible for the PL to contribute to the "smaller" clubs (Everton?). I'm a grumpy, biased old sod but this appears to be a simple pack of unsubstantiated rumours to cover the base that, if City do win, it is only because our deplorable tactics, described by the super bright Jordan, have worked, and is yet another example of City's kamikaze spending winning by attrition.

There hasn't really been anything that has happened since the day we were charged and issued a statement, that should affect how people feel about it, in all fairness.

Well yes, nothing to do with the facts, but I think we have all learned a lot over the last eighteen months about the process. And that should have increasingly given us grounds for optimism. (And I know this wasn't your point but we should be grateful to the people on here who contributed to that. I know I am).

People complain about the length of this thread, the recurring issues other people come up with and the temporary amusing (or otherwise) diversions, but it has helped the vast majority of us to develop a reasoned opinion on what is going to happen. It has certainly helped me. Media and social media not so much, if at all.

I guess the message I was trying to get over was to listen to people on here, take comfort from what they say and come to your own conclusions. Don't listen to KFAs in the media and social media and start doubting for no reason.

Nedum would be a certainty, but he's too bright for them, and would most likely just get frustrated with having to sit in the same conversations as Sturridge, Micah and the rest of the banter crew.

Case in point against Arsenal; Merson, Walcott, Micah and Keane in the Sky studio, for arguably the biggest game of the season so far.

They know Micah doesn't represent City, so they've effectively got 2 Arsenal, a nodding dog, and Keane who just hates everyone.

Considering we've won, 4 titles in a row, and 6 of the last 7; you'd like to think they'd want some City representation to talk through how good we are, and what a joy it is to watch us every week.

You tell me why that isn't the case!

It amazes me the total ignorance of Carragher, Nevill, Magic Twat, Harris and some no mark ex Everton chair to name but a few.
Step back and look at whats happened since the charges were released.
More sponsors, shit tonne of money invested in the stadium. If were were bang to rights we would have settled and stopped investing knowing we could potentially be relegated. Would Gundo have come back knowing he could be playing in the Championship next year? Would united have hired Berrada knowing he was complicit in fraud? Would Savio have signed up knowing he was playing at Sunderland next year?

Their blind jealousy of our success clouds their judgement on facts and they can't seem to realise its their own clubs fault they haven't been successful. Pathetic.

I hope we destroy them in court. Once and for all.

If they win everything, it doesn't cost them much in legal fees. Nothing wrong with raising the stakes and making them think it will cost them a shitload if they get it wrong. Pressure, pressure .....

It's a double act - its not about what they really think.
They choose the topic before hand. Then write the script. One agrees and the other disagrees. Gullible people call in. Job completed.
Every single show they put on (H&J apart as its not that kind of show) has 2 presenters who never agree on any topic. Ever. Understand that and then enjoy the programme for the comedy value that it brings.
