PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

His major problem is that fucking horrible scratchy high pitch scouse accent.

Only this. I change to any other channel if he is commentating. I find it hard to even understand what he is saying. And I mean any other channel. Portuguese last time and at least I learned how to say Matteush Noonyesh properly. And, man, did they say it a lot :)

Why are some of you guys actively watching stuff that talks bullshit about City? Then moaning about it! Crazy stuff.

Stop doing it, I did and now I actually enjoy what the club are achieving.
Even if people do watch or listen to any of that shite there hardly going to be balanced arguments that doesn’t get clicks or views , if they wanted someone sensible or knowledgeable then stefan would have his own show instead of the two gobshites that are on a 10am everyday talking shit

It amazes me the total ignorance of Carragher, Nevill, Magic Twat, Harris and some no mark ex Everton chair to name but a few.
Step back and look at whats happened since the charges were released.
More sponsors, shit tonne of money invested in the stadium. If were were bang to rights we would have settled and stopped investing knowing we could potentially be relegated. Would Gundo have come back knowing he could be playing in the Championship next year? Would united have hired Berrada knowing he was complicit in fraud? Would Savio have signed up knowing he was playing at Sunderland next year?

Their blind jealousy of our success clouds their judgement on facts and they can't seem to realise its their own clubs fault they haven't been successful. Pathetic.

I hope we destroy them in court. Once and for all.
This. Take a bow even if you're not called Sheila.

If they win everything, it doesn't cost them much in legal fees. Nothing wrong with raising the stakes and making them think it will cost them a shitload if they get it wrong. Pressure, pressure .....
Not true, it's not automatic that the "loser" pays the winner fees, the Neverton case I think the PL were liable for 2/3rds of their legal costs despite Everton pleading guilty, and that sum was north of £5M. The costs in our case will be the GDP of a small country, same for us, so it's fortunate that our owner has a significant presence in such a country :)

I can't see this going to a settlement, unless the PL really to buckle and offer something to City that they agree will also clean a muddied reputation.

I see Etihad is still looking to at around 2025 to go IPO, it probably would have helped our cause if it had been already done but not sure if that's something we could still bring up in the hearing. The finances will become open for scrutiny(as far as i understand) so that investors can look before investing their money. If they have commitments of, for instance, £66m a year but have only been paying £6m a year and letting the Sheikh pay the rest, it would surely be pretty obvious on their books.

Jordan and his pals have been warning for quite a while that City obstruct the investigation and will employ the best lawyers to tie the PL in paralysing and costly knots to avoid answering for our breaches of the regulations. And now the media are concerned that the legal bills for the PL are now unaffordably high, so high they will make it impossible for the PL to contribute to the "smaller" clubs (Everton?). I'm a grumpy, biased old sod but this appears to be a simple pack of unsubstantiated rumours to cover the base that, if City do win, it is only because our deplorable tactics, described by the super bright Jordan, have worked, and is yet another example of City's kamikaze spending winning by attrition.
Jordan is the mouthpiece of certain PL CEO’s and owners. It was obvious this week that he has had a push to press on certain issues regarding the 115 case.

The blokes integrity has been blown out of the water already this week. His regular snide comments on Frank Warren and Eddie Hearn - and magically it conspires that he’s in bed financially as an investor with Ben Shalom.

I wonder when his football link up will be exposed ?
