Because him and Keys are cunts. Keys was at it a couple of years ago when suggesting to Wenger that City should've just paid whatever Tottenham were demanding for Harry Kane. Wenger refused to let him reel him in and stood firm on his view that while we have a lot of money, we're also a very well run club and if we feel the price is too high then we'll walk away. Keys looked absolutely gutted that Wenger refused to slag us off.

True enough but please remember that neither of them believe a word of which they speak about City. They openly pander to the majority to “open the discussion”, their words.
