PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

He could of used Liverpool but they bought Andy Carroll for the same price.

What if?

Like what if they had tried to run their clubs better and make smarter decisions, they wouldn’t have to waste money on legal fees cobbling together piss poor charges on accounts that were filed 15 years ago, and what if our lawyers expose the total sham this is and shine the light on a sporting organisation that operates outside English law.

They knew what they were looking for. I have never made an application for an FOI, but why would you?

There's a list here on the Gov website of who and how to do it. You can't ask for everything from the last 12 months, but they just need to ask to see "All correspondence between the British AD embassy and the Foreign Office regarding Man City's charges by the PL". As for who, it would have been one of the hacks on the Times(?) most likely, although you or I could do it as well. They are allowed to refuse requests or redact what they do send subject to the rules in place.
