PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

It's the first time I have ever thought what if we are guilty
These last couple of months have been so strange and hard to understand even with an injury-hit squad or players burnt out or nothing left in the tank, it's been a very big drop-off and all around the club the feeling is not right.

Now the Question.. What if we are found guilty
Will the fans understand a hard punishment and be demoted, Do I even dare I say it ? trophies and titles removed from the history books and other clubs taking us to court for loss of earnings and prize money.

I feel it could end badly and Manchester City will be finished or will be so punished the damage will be terminal.
For the first time, it crossed my mind what about the FANS in all of this and where do we go, All this is a mess, and it's starting to affect how I feel, The fans are the ones who had no control over all this and sadly we are the ones who will suffer the most, I don't think that anybody has thought what about the fans

Look I will back my club and Khaldoon AI Mubarak, he's the one who has been saying we have done nothing wrong over and over again and season after season, BUT what else would he say,

No evidence mate. They can say what they want and make us look guilty as hell.

On the facts and on the financial paper trail we are clean.

Remember CAS- no evidence of disguised owner funding.

So all that v innuendo, slander, copy & paste.

I know where my money is on…

It ain’t the people who have turned city into a football juggernaut. Lots of missteps have happened but this is a whole new fucking level and it’s impossible to prove without direct evidence to counter our proof.

It will soon be over.

Now what about that shit team we support? Villa next… -:)

Well for a start he could have come to a press conference at the start of the season and responded to the usual suspects in the same manner as he did to David Clayton
He could have also insisted that any journalist asking Pep about the allegations would be automatically banned.
Anything to prove that he was on our side.
On our side? Who's side so you think he may be on? I'm confused, as he's the Chairman of the club.

Khaldoon has always been a professional, calm and collected Chairman who does what he does without drama or controversy, he doesn't want the limelight, and I for one commend him for that. If he comes out mouthing off to the press, he's giving them EXACTLY what they want to continue their obvious agendas.

No, carry on as you are Khaldoon, best Chairman the league has ever seen.

M18ctid told everybody that Cheeseman was blabbing that we were getting 40 points. Cheeseman then came out with a pathetic ‘don’t believe what you read’ without explaining why he was telling people about 40 points.

Then a few days later is saying cryptic bollocks again about ‘what he has heard’.

The bloke is a whopper. Hopefully somebody will pull him for it on his shit blog this weekend.
That first sentence makes no sense. How could he explain what he'd said after saying you shouldn't believe he'd said it?

Lee, We have seen things that only Manchester City fans will ever see,
I just want this all over with and then we can shut all the clowns down once and for all the called us cheats
Me too Ste, it hangs over us like a dark cloud.
It'll all be done soon mate then we can party like it's 1999 :)

Is any player, staff member, fan, local media legend safe from the bile of disgruntled city 'fans'. Cheesy is as blue as blue can be, if you disagree with his views, or thinks he's misguided fine, but as a fellow blue he deserves some respect.

It never fails to amaze me that a negative (ish) post can have a domino effect and all of a sudden posters are questioning our ownership who have made all of our dreams come true….we certainly have seen things in our lifetime that we never thought we would be possible.

If (and it’s a big IF) we have somehow broken the rules….the cartel have been out to get and stop us from day one and have changed the rules on numerous occasions
……not for the good of football in general but for their own self interest.

City are treated differently from any other club both in the media and from administration point of view.

Where is/was the outcry when :
  • Abramovic was bank rolling Chelsea.
  • Chelsea manipulating their finances by selling two hotels.
  • Chelsea admitting previous financial irregularities when the present ownership took over.
  • United recently failing FFP
  • United offshore tax avoidance accounts.
  • Liverpool writing off £50 million off on new stadium plans that didn’t happen.
  • Liverpool hacking our database.
  • Tottenhams owners insider trading.

I have no doubt City have used every possible legal trick in the book to circumvent the rules, the same as any other sensible set of owners would do.

At the very worst….if we are found guilty, is the fact that our owners used their own money to invest in the club because of the unscrupulous tactics of the Cartel.

So in the unlikely event that the Cartel led Premier League are able to somehow make some of the ‘mud stick’ and we are found to be guilty on some technicality, we need to look at the wider picture and ask how were we supposed to compete with the closed shop that is the Cartel that tries to prevent investment and is only interested in what it/they can take out of football.

We have the Newcastle example where the drawbridge has been closed and the richest club in the world are left on the outside and maybe having to sell their best players to meet FFP.

I am certainly not going to turn on our owners whatever the outcome.

With respect, the very notion that a man of Khaldoon’s international standing would take on the role of City Media Officer for the day just to appease some fans, is frankly absurd.

If the worst case happens. All I want from the club is an unlimited streaming service without commentary so I don’t have to listen to lies when I can’t get to a game and a ban on all journalists.

Make it happen city -:)

Unify League it’s been rebranded, revised so that some of the objections of its format have been removed They have approached FIFA and UEFA

Hmmm call it unify……. I wonder why.

I have a theory that as soon as a government or legislative body give a title to a change immediately check the opposite meaning in my thesaurus.

Separate, split, disunite.
