PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I could be wrong but I'm not aware that UEFA's rules allow any other route to appeal a decision outside CAS.
That probably is the case, as CAS is widely regarded as the leading brand, and recognized by most if not all sporting bodies. but then we would not be in a UEFA competition would we, if an appeal had failed.
It was a threat by City, but one that CAS could not dismiss.

I have always been very positive in my mind about the outcome of this bollocks, but…. This recent fall off the white cliffs of Dover has made me question wether it is more than just injuries and poor form playing on everyone’s mind….. i fucking hope not
Exactly how I’ve started to feel mate. Be careful posting it though you get jumped on by loads on here if it’s not what they want to hear

To be fair this is a view first aired by the red cartel, so will face criticism, best to look at the last time Rodri was out injured, and how this injury is causing more injuries, that no manager has had to face since it turned into a 25 man squad.

There’s a general feeling on here by some posters that the Directors won’t have even discussed losing, let alone been budgeting for it.

Nor that would effect new players joining.

We are currently experiencing the biggest drop off by a top team that I can remember at a time this is the most relevant.

Whether it is or not the reason, we can probably make an educated guess in hindsight but never know for sure.
