Two wrongs don't make a right, but three lefts do (or something like that).Didn't Leicester break ffp rules by a large margin to win promotion, yet apparently they are threatening to sue Everton. How do they square that one?
Put it this way, Burnley would have gone down the season after and wouldn't be in the pl now. Any club who couldn't finish above the absolute shower that turn out for Everton don't deserve to be in the premier. This 10 point deduction will cause fucking murder.
Imagine if you were one of the clubs who got relegated when Everton survived by the skin of their teeth?
They’ve only stayed up by cheating. You’ve gone down and lost a right load of income because they’ve cheated.
Worms well and truly out the can.
On your first assertion, I think not as they didn’t need to as they were the Sky poster boy and why both of them got so far. On the second, no issues at all.I truly believe the rags brown enveloped all the authorities, other clubs and the refs for years but they were never found guilty. I won't have it any other way. I also believe they, along with the other red shirts and some European clubs are conspiring to stitch us up and have been since we became a viable threat to them. I don't care there's no evidence to prove that I won't have it any other way.
In light of today's hand-wringing and bed-wetting, I thought it might be worth posting Kieran Maguire's comments on our case from last month.
Maguire is a chartered accountant and pre-eminent football finance expert.
"Senior sources tell me City are very, very relaxed about the charges. They feel they have not done anything wrong, that many of the charges are quite trivial and the numbers involved are actually quite low"
To be frank, I consider his view somewhat more valuable than that of Stan Collymore, Simon Jordan, and the lobotomised posters of RAWK.

We're probably getting relegated, same with Chelsea in my opinion.
The PL will want "their" league back to how it was in the 90's early 00's.
This is what will happen if we are found guilty 100%.
No way City accept relegation, too big of a damage to recover from.. could take us 10 years minimum to get back to being a top 4 side let alone league challengers.
We will be on the phone to Perez at Madrid sorting a deal out.
Yes there is established sports law granting rights of appeal….as I said at the time. We are getting found guilty by the PL and the court of opinion and then ending up in the realWhere are the Billy big bollox legal experts on here that said there was absolutely no grounds for appeal if found guilty? Obviously there is after all
You’re assuming all the other players stayedNo chance would it take ten years. We could reluctantly sell one or two big assets (Haaland plus another maybe Rodri) to cover any losses in the championship. You’d then be back to where you started minus European football and a couple of players but have more than enough to challenge for the top 4/league. It would probably set us back 3 years in terms of being title challengers.
See Juventus
That's because we're absolutely fucking massiveHad to get City's name in on the BBC six o'clock news, almost immediately
They want to wipe us off the map to appease their red favourites and have the league as it was 30 years ago! The rags and scousers trousering all the cash along with the prem. we have to win this and end these corrupt bastards! One thing is even clearer after today's news and that is the stakes couldn't be higher. We simply have to win as the consequences will be huge and ongoing if we don't.
Unbelievable that people haven’t realised this. Fucking basic English comprehension.JULES is a city fan no?
Think he/she is quoting a rivals post from another forum.
The rags said they were really sorry and they won’t do it again. That was enough for the PLHow does Evertons exceedence of FFP of £6.5m per year compare to the rags exceedence? How much did they fail by?
The right of appeal within the PL rules is before a fresh tribunal not a Court.Yes there is established sports law granting rights of appeal….as I said at the time. We are getting found guilty by the PL and the court of opinion and then ending up in the real Courts
