If by some insane act of self destruction the PL tried to relegate us we'd appeal the process and use the resulting time to chart a new course. Seems to me that one way to avoid long deliberations would be to stick to as few charges as possible - present a robust, straightforward case for each. Rather than just throw every last little thing you can think of in the pot.

Rumours have been rife of owners seeking exits, or further investment. Perhaps the strategy is to have something they can point to as potentially in their clubs favour - rather than get to a decision straight away... because what if it goes against them?
