PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Listened to the rest is football podcast recently where they talked about the Everton case and ours. I know the two are different, but it didn’t fill me with too much confidence that we will get off lightly. Obviously hope I am wrong.

So, why did you post it?
For the reason I stated to you. Do you want a row ffs?

Edit: in case you missed it earlier…

I was just correcting those that believed it to be City’s fault as they never cancelled the log in details of the scouts that left; which was completely incorrect.

Good post- my question/ concern is this however.
We knew that with the UEFA charges there was a clear path to an independent court i.e. CAS. However with the PL charges we know the IC with its PL stooges is not going to live up to its title “Independent”and more than likely come up with a sham punishment to appease the PL & cartel’s agenda. Therefore will we have a right of appeal through a normal court system or is the IC decision the end game. That’s my concern.
Should anyone with a legal background have any idea the path this likely follows please enlighten.
Cheers.
Good questions ,may I add another scenario?. We might delay until a Independant Regulator finally takes position.

The only thing comparable in the us is the ESPN hot take shows that are just garbage
Even that shit isn't comparable...the football media coverage in the UK is simply embarrassing. It's shamelessly biased and filled with lies and intentional misstatements used to promote the agendas of a select few. It's sickening the garbage they direct at City over a daily 24 hour news cycle. They take a perverse pleasure in shitting all over our accomplishments at every possible opportunity.

Ragette Stone predictably asked the first question about the Everton deduction, didn't recognise the second tosser who had to reintroduce it, patronising southern accent ?
If he ever asked how much the rags failed ffp by and was there any dodgy ffp shenanigans between the club, uefa and the pl, they might just earn a little respect. Press conference before and after the Everton game would be ideal.

Isn’t it the PL that are delaying the process, not City?
It's more likely to be City than the PL, if anyone is delaying the case. City are producing mountains of evidence. The PL isn't.

The PL wanted Everton's case finalising during the 2022/23 season, and that was after they brought charges in March 2023. Totally unrealistic timescales requested by the PL, and unfair to Everton, and the commission told them so.

Given that Everton only had 9 charges to answer, and we have 115 (or 131 using a different method of counting), our case will take much longer to gather all the evidence, and much longer for it to be examined.

There is no shortcut to the process, unless the PL drop the frivolous charges and concentrate on the substantive ones.

The mistake you made there was listening to the rest is football podcast
