PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

But if the prem had to answer in court. Would they not have to turn QE On the clubs that are baying for our blood. As far as I can see, to quote supporter's of one of the said clubs. "We are the victims".
We should ask them that in the commission. They would probably bleed confidentiality.

What's this banner being flown over or ground dieing today's game? Is it an Everton thing? Are they going to be asking for city to be sanctioned or something?

Interested to see, the media would love nothing more then Everton going why us, not City but surely they have more brains then that (for one how much would their glorious neighbours in the stadium love that).

Needs to be something like PL corrupt to the core or PL run by the red cartel etc. Something that can be shown on TV and get a cheer and a round of applause from 90% of the stadium.

Everton should be with us on this and us them, turning on each other makes us easier to defeat (divide and conquer).

Neville coming out attacking the Premier League in all this explains that someone has actually sat down with him who is clued up on the City side of things to make the penny drop. He had this stance during the shit with Uefa, he wants to be seen as the cleverest person in the room.
Maybe because Salford are doing similar just on a smaller scale

It may not be finished but it would be massively diminished, simple as...
Why would it?

A season without City would generate big interest.
City fighting their way back would generate big interest.

As long as exciting things are happening, which they always are, the premier league will remain massively attractive to viewers and advertisers.

Absolute bullshit from him.
We are not one of bullies,we are the bullied.
Everything this man says or does,is for his own career progression.

How's about
"P.L...owned by two red cheeks of the same arse"

Some notable lack of understanding of how our owners view the current landscape.

It's a fair cop, ooo throw the book at us, hangings too good for us, we're not worthy. There will be no fall out, promise.

We've been working on this for years and have assembled the best legal team in the history of sport. So many legal avenues this will lead. But, we'll go quietly. Please let us back in at some point, we beseech you.

I feel another Netflix series coming on if we get punished. Imagine game of the season would be City v Wrexham.

I saw a segment on the news where some MPs were urging the Government to bring forward the independent regulator in response to the Everton punishment. If the regulator comes in whilst the proceedings against us are ongoing does the commission appointed by the PL still have jurisdiction or would the regulator have some say over the case?
It would depend on whether the Government gave the Independent Regulator the powers of the Premier league and its “independent commission” and the timing of any such transition of powers.

Not from me. It was bullshit 8 months ago and it is bullshit now.

I would say there is 0% chance of the PL proving anything of the serious nature they are, as far as we know, alleging given what we already know, even on the relatively low standard of proof they are working under. Chance that they now have proof that UEFA didn't have that will, on the balance of probabilities, have greater weight than the club"s "irrefutable proof"? I would say very low, next to nothing.

And I am pretty sure none of the alleged breaches affect the club's FFP compliance, anyway, even if they are going to open up the Etihad sponsorship again, which would be an extraordinarily strange thing to do. And they would lose, imho.

Nothing that has happened in the last two weeks has changed any of the facts in our case, imo, or my view on the matter.
Personally, I feel more bullish than I did 8 months as it’s becoming increasingly clear they’re stuck and insufficient evidence.

They’ve got a high bar to jump to as well, statuette of limitations on how far they can go back. If it’s serious fraud they can go as far back as they want, however has any criminal activity gone on here to allow the Premier League to do that. This probably falls down on that straight away.
