Right on cue...

"We know we were right," Ceferin said, in his first public comments about the Premier League case. "We wouldn't decide if we didn't think we were right.

"As a trial lawyer for 25 years, I know that, sometimes, you win a case that you are sure you will lose. And, sometimes, you lose a case when you're sure. You just simply have to respect in a serious democracy the decision of the court.

"I don't want to speak about the case in England. But I trust that the decision of our independent body was correct. I didn't enter into this decision

When asked if Ceferin understood fans' confusion and frustration over the time it is taking to deal with City in comparison, he said: "They want to know what's going on and what are the consequences but I don't want to enter into this concrete process because I don't know what the Premier League is dealing with.

"I really don't want to criticise, or something like that. It wouldn't be fair."

"I don't want to speak about the case in England." (But I've been asked to by Gill and co)

Believe me, if City are found guilty it will run down right to the football side of things, Without the money Pep would not have signed the players he has to work with, City won titles cups and the Champions League when really they could not afford to spend that sort of money on their squad
That's not the point.

United won a treble when they had around twice the revenue of their nearest competitors in the PL.

City won a treble, and have dominated the Premier League with revenues that were approximately the same as Liverpool, and for much of the time, less than United.

To suggest one is a greater sporting achievement because the financial rules weren't as strict, would be ridiculous.

City won, where Everton or Villa didn't, because they had a lot more money. They beat Liverpool, United and Chelsea because they used similar resources to build a much better team.

We are doing such a bad job aren’t we!

“Manchester City and Bayern have the best balances amongst the competitive teams.”
I'm more surprised that United haven't lost the most on players in the PL. Just think about the amount of flops that have either ran their contracts down or left for small fees because nobody wants them.

I don't think Lewis technically owns Spurs any more. Passed his ownership over to his daughter from memory.
But if it could be proved any of that illegal money has got into Spurs accounts then that's a different story ! Fraudulent money used to fund new stadium ???

Still no word on this weeks ‘developments’ that were suggested would happen

Is it possible that all they were was the release of this UEFA bellends slanderous comments?
