Just seen an announcement from the premier league for City’s case date is expected before mid-June

So if the announcement about the date of our hearing is going to be mid-June then we seem to be on the timetable suggested by @projectriver a while back:

Hearing in Autumn, judgement in early summer 2025 and probably summer 2026 to have a final verdict after any appeals by either party.

That doesn't sound like the PL case collapsing soon to me :(

Sounds like they want this dragged out more for optics than facts. This is moving at a snails pace.

8 months to make a judgement ?

Two months to conclude, one month to prepare the report, and then one month each for Liverpool, United, Arsenal and Spurs to appeal. Makes seven months in my book. @projectriver knows nothing :)
