We provided the defence evidence, but CAS ruled that the breaches were time-barred, hence our evidence was null & void.

However, the likes of Jerk-Off Jordan won't allow the small matter of the facts to get in the way of his routine braindead character assassination of City.
 
Simon Mullock reporting this, and properly, stating City’s case fairly. This is exactly what I’ve been saying- City need to start to control the narrative and can do it through unofficial channels and this is exactly the sort of thing and the sort of person who we should be talking to.

This is an interesting twist.

Basically it is saying there is no way city, the Sheik or etihad have committed fraud on any level if etihad are having their accounts open to the public.
