I don't think anybody ever found out the real reason as they are answerable to nobody - we can make suppositions though and the sponsorship and promotion by beIN is as good as any.
All our detractors intimate that our £40M a year then was not FMV but said nothing about PSG of any magnitude and even less when UEFA didn't pursue them as they went on a spending spree as big as, if not bigger than Chelsea just have and didn't sell any hotels. That's awful news, I hope there are no emails between Tariq and Magic Twat or FSG that would be in any way embarrassing to anyone concerned. The problem is, there might be some people who would be very interested in paying a lot of money for such material. Let's face it, if anyone has all their emails stolen its just tough titty, and it all becomes fair game for anyone and everyone, no moral dilemmas or anything like that.....
