PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

No it doesn't, although I imagine the panel members have a pretty good idea what they think. Next they have to deliberate together for a while, then write a 500 page reasoning before any announcement. The two parties will get an embargoed copy of the judgment for review before it is announced, but no-one else should know anything until it is made public.

At least three months I imagine. The APT reasoning took three months and that was just 190 pages ......
Fully agree with the thoughts behind the timeframe, however if it’s largely good news for city I expect the reasoning to not take as long as apt as so many of the alleged breaches are interlinked and one of the panel members will have a shit hot pa whose a word wizard with copy & paste.
Regardless the reasoning will be so stupidly repetitive the shit hot pa will need new ctrl & v keys ;)

If the PL had irrefutable proof it would have been leaked to every media outlet going. Leak like sieve when it’s in their favour.
one of City's biggest reasons for not providing all items was a lack of trust as the PL leaks like a sieve. I think it was in the best interests of all parties that this has been totally silent with no leaks, thus not to give City an upper hand in this argument. Maybe NDA's signed for the process.

I'm abit thick when it comes to this type of stuff.
I don't understand how you can sit through 10 weeks of a hearing and not have made your decision by the end of that.
Why does it need another month or so ?
Its not so much about coming to the decision as much as it is about justifying that decision and the consequences of it that will take the time.
