PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

We wont need to wait for a judgement. Just wait to see whether we sign a defensive midfielder for £50-£100m in the first week of Jan.

If we do happy days …..if we don’t then start worrying
Txiki spunking £100m on players to play in league 2, fuck it. No relegation clause either, you’ve already signed up. Trap them in Txiki.

as i have said before this whole thing was just to appease the red cartel and their sense of entitlement, forever they have been told they are special and their clubs are special by the press and the powers that be and for a jumped up little club like city to come in and absolutely smash their clubs achievements by being being smarter and better run and having better ideas and better people showed that they aint special and they are clubs like all the others and their tiny little minds couldnt deal with that so they had to invent a reason where we have cheated so in their heads they could still think they were special and it would all go away, its laughable really.

Their tiny little minds cant deal with it so they have just invented more and more elaborate coping mechanisms so they dont have to face reality.
Obviously, the main thing for us is that we're cleared and if that happens I'll be more than happy but what would be even better is if City have not only presented irrefutable proof of our innocence to the panel, but also irrefutable proof of collusion amongst the red shirt cartel clubs and Spurs in order for them to spark off this despicable witch hunt, regardless of whether there was any evidence against us or not. In that scenario, I can imagine the panel absolutely going to town on our rivals when publishing their judgement. Then the whole world will see who the real cheats were.

well the fact that the pl top brass were forced to turn in all communications with regards to us and our case would suggest that they may have gone down that route.

It will be leaked well before an official statement.
That's how this works because its all been a media witch hunt ordered by the scum to damage our image,
If we are found guilty on just one count its will be leaked within a couple of weeks and the punishment will handed out straight away and the media will have a field day,

This is why City can not agree on allowing them to fine us for non-corresponding on time because it will be admitting guilt, It's not for us to prove our innocence, it is for them to find us guilty of wrong doing and cheating
I don’t see how the judgement can be leaked unless one of the judges is a mouthy ****. I don’t see how it’s possible for anyone to know the verdict until a few days, if not any days before it is due to be released.

Agreed, The bits that have come out have mostly gone to the Times. Probably second hand info from club directors rather than systematic like UEFA. That said it is obvious that AFC, LFC. and MUFC are still in the loop and using info to damage us. Probably Levy as well. Of course the Judges will also know this as CAS did and it might help us. judges like to be seen to be impartial.

Never ever forget Levy, the odious **** at the heart of the spurs shitshow.

Sneaks under the radar at times, but as guilty as fuck, along with the convicted criminal owner Lewis, when trying to shaft City at every given opportunity, and in fairness everybody else no doubt.

As a club a complete fucking waste of time and effort, who revel in beating us and then collapsing like the sack of shit that they really are.

It’s probably already been asked Stefan, but I can’t wrap my brain around the court proceedings. After the closing statements last week, will the three judges have a good idea what the verdict will be? As both City and the prem are providing their evidence, do they write their own notes and evaluate what they’ve taken in throughout the course of the 12 week hearing? Will they be arguing amongst themselves while writing up the hearing? The life of being a lawyer, sounds mental.
