PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

M18ctid told everybody that Cheeseman was blabbing that we were getting 40 points. Cheeseman then came out with a pathetic ‘don’t believe what you read’ without explaining why he was telling people about 40 points.

Then a few days later is saying cryptic bollocks again about ‘what he has heard’.

The bloke is a whopper. Hopefully somebody will pull him for it on his shit blog this weekend.

Nobody touched him with a barge pole when bbc cast him aside, not the club or anyone else.

Hmmm....Sounds like....

Hey Cheesy what you heard about the charges?

We're getting hit for 40 points.

Questioner goes running about like Chicken Licken with a loud haler over the throw away, jokey comment.

IF we don’t spend next month that’ll be the first indication to me that it’s not gone well.
Just a reminder on the time frame on the verdict/judgement:

‘One senior legal source told The Times that the three-man panel would be acutely aware of the attention focused on the outcome of the case and would be working flat out to get their judgment out as soon as possible. That could be the end of January, according to the source, but the number of alleged rule breaches and the complexity of the case could mean that it is delayed.’

That is just when City and the PL find out on their side(and it's the end of Jan at the soonest) because at the moment, the 3 man panel are still in the process of considering all the evidence from both sides. We will likely be left in the dark until the decision report is completed and released publicly. Didn't Stefan say March or later?

What might give away the outcome would be anything leaked about an appeal. Which would happen fast from City's side. Then again, I originally thought the PL would not launch any appeal but the way those in the UK have tried to spin UEFA's possible appeal against the CAS verdict and what a mistake it was not to pursue it, I'm not sure about that anymore.

If you don't know, UEFA's own legal advice was that they could challenge but they had little chance of success. The problem City have, is the press over here are so invested that they will exert whatever influence they have or think they might have, to avoid admitting defeat(ie they will try and pressure the PL into it). A defeat for the PL would be a defeat for them, such has been their bias against City from the very beginning(zero balance, poor fact checking, poor journalism).

Well for a start he could have come to a press conference at the start of the season and responded to the usual suspects in the same manner as he did to David Clayton
He could have also insisted that any journalist asking Pep about the allegations would be automatically banned.
Anything to prove that he was on our side.
So you’ve got doubts that Khaldoon isn’t on our side? Am I reading this right?

Fuck em all, we just give the others a head start, tomorrow is the day we start scraping back the deficit :-)
We falsely made Anorim look good when we faced Sporting, tomorrow we kick his ass lol
I know we've dropped off but people forget the amount of games our players have faced over previous seasons, not forgetting the world cup in the middle of a season!
Once the injured players return, we kick on, Oscar Bobb could be a massive returner soon!
Keep the faith guys, One thing you never do us write us off, so FUCK THE HATERS!
FUCK OTHER FANS!
& FUCK THE CHARGES!!!
That aged well
