PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

365Football headline is a clickbait; they said 'when could City be relegated' and then proceed to talk about when the verdict might even arrive = clueless.
PL cannot just randomly kick out a club from their league because that would be the easiest discrimination-related court win in history. Even the poorest club in England would win that case with no sweat.
Also, financial irregularities can't strip away trophies from a football club, only a bribery of the referees (Juventus) or a bribery of the opponents (Marseille). It's a wishful thinking from the red cartel fanbase because in their eyes, we're probably responsible for the global pandemic and an economic crisis as well. If you engage with them and ask anything related to punishing Man. City, they will go to the extremes and say the only suitable punishment is liquidation of our club because they are biased and envious so if you wanna keep your braincells, ignore and/or laugh.

I used to quite like Danny Kelly on the Radio or TV but now sadly he has joined the rest of the Media Cretins, slagging us off at every opportunity.

I don't want to belabour the point, but this is the direct quote from Maguire to which I was referring:

"We’ll probably be looking at somewhere in the region of 60 to 100 points, which would effectively guarantee relegation out of the Premier League and into the lower tiers of football in the EFL".

So, we'd end up in the EFL (championship), which is one of the lower tiers of football.
Now, I'm not suggesting for one minute that he didn't deliberately word it the way he did, so that opposition fans would pick out the worst case scenario from that and assume that it means league 2 but...he didn't say that :-)

Which is why I said he needs to be more careful with his words. It's either this or he needs to stop being a ****. I am comfortable with either.

The championship is the highest tier of the EPL so how can it be one of the lower tiers

I think he was very careful with his words. It can be interpreted multiple ways garnering multiple responses. Gives some people what they want to hear and others not

You rate his command of language and his ability to communicate in interviews more highly than I do. And that's fine. I could point to other examples where he doesn't say what he should be saying but, quite frankly, I can't be arsed.
