Time barred,yes ,but it also states that although time barred there would have been insufficient evidence on each of the13 accusations.
Another fact conveniently ignored by the masses.
 
Battle of the # is almost at conclusion, will ours get it due to charges or will Liverpool have another # PL to go along with the covid one.

No doubt about it all clubs have enjoyed a HUGE advantage over us, whilst we have had this litigation and it is only thanks to being light years ahead we had success we did.

If that is unfounded then it’s not been a level playing field.

However, if it is and we have cheated, we can’t complain and brought it on ourselves.

Although as we all know, the judgment is going to give as many questions as answers.

Still wind up the scousers if you can!!
