It is akin to a commercial arbitration (albeit a disciplinary). There is scope for the parties and the panel to agree sensible timings.

Maybe I'm wrong but in the the grand scheme of things neither the Premier League or City have a say in when it comes out so a PL shareholders meeting means nothing.

All sounds very civilised. I’m finding it difficult to see the value to City in delaying the result for even a second (should it be a positive one). Appreciate though that deals are made with more long term patient thinking, which I lack.
