Sounds like Sam Lee reporting there
Take that back this instant!
Sounds like Sam Lee reporting there
So...July 22nd?
That was a gud’n, also loved the Milk Tray bar including the lime barrel that was mysteriously dropped from the bar at some point, it was probably radio active or something. This was my favourite as a youngster
They've ran out of crayons.I wonder what the hold up is.
Surely the writing up of the judgment cannot take six months?
Unless the matters are closer than we think.
That would be funny….I could claim ITK status.So...July 22nd?
What are you talking about? What "judgement"? Which "matters"?I wonder what the hold up is.

that's the idea. How are City expected to deal in the transfer market this summer with this still hanging over us absolute bollocks!
The APT award was 90 pages and took 3 months. People expecting this to be 300-400 pages at least.
If the panel is genuinely independent, they should have no interest in anything beyond the judgement and the sanction (if any). Certainly not what is most convenient for one party or the other. Given the high likelihood of appeal either way, the judgement needs to be watertight and that takes time.Yeah can't help but see it in a negative way. If a points deduction is incoming, to do it in the summer so it is in place for the start of a season and not to muddy the waters of the current season.
Hope I am completely wrong, just want it over whatever the result.
Absolute wankersthat's the idea.
How do you appeal against it if you don't know the detail?Complete naivety here but it's unknown to me why they can't release simplified decisions in the meantime with full written judgements to follow at a later date. Charges A,B,C dismissed, X, Y , Z upheld etc (or something in that manner).
Correct. The usual suspects are gleefully using this to push their "guilty" agenda. Just ignore the trolls and the weak minded. If the panel is genuinely independent, they should have no interest in anything beyond the judgement and the sanction (if any). I ask not for the first time why are they now writing up a decision. It might be because it's a massive document to write up. We will know the result the moment the document is completed.
Chicken and eggI ask not for the first time why are they now writing up a decision.
I think the document should predate the decision to show its reasoning not to justify it.
