Was due to go to Court in October. Wonder if and when anything will become public and what it means for the historic owner interest free loans and our blocked sponsorship deals.

Seems odd given the ferocity with which we came out swinging at this. The fact we accept the rules now.... Unless we'd challenged the previous version and there's a new version imminent?

The premier league need a valid set of rules in place, we'd already demonstrated once that they weren't legal.

Something's changed here, for us to agree on this. I do get the impression that this was a bargaining tool for us on the bigger 115 case, but it could also be that we've had no choice but to stand down.

Either way, it's clear we won't find out for sure as the agreement specifically prevents those who know for talking about it.
