Perhaps this is why we haven't made any plans to attend any home games this season for the first time. We normally book a few games up early then add to them as the season goes on. I think the nightmare of trying to get tickets let alone sat together from last season has dampen our sprite.

I dont get that tribalism feeling anymore and I miss it. Ive said a thousand times we do a 12 hour round trip the least I want is to be next to my lad and surrounded by 100% City fans. If I can't get that I'm not doing the trip up, sadly. When I get to the Etihad I want be be surrounded by City fans. I dont want to see a tourist wearing a spuds shirt going into the club shop buy a City shirt to put over the spuds shirt when City are playing Southampton. I thought then ' what the fuck have i just sat in a car for 7hrs for, this isn't what I want' !
Seeing that has really knocked me wanting to travel to games now

I don’t think it's like that in SS2, not for league games anyway.

Anyone appearing to be an oppo' fan would be rooted out pretty quick.

Probably the same in the corner the other side of the away fans too.
 
I nearly don’t care anymore. The only reason I still visit this thread is because, if I don’t, it sort of negates all the other times I’ve visited this thread in my head. I don’t want to admit it was all one big waste of time.

I click on it out of habit. I used to really want to know the verdict more than anything. No more. I guess it’s because I feared the worst, but I’ve run that scenario through my mind so many times, I’ve bored myself to death.

When the verdict does come out both sides will claim victory and the penalty won’t be known for a long time. We won’t have actually reached the end.

I now feel like my reaction to any verdict will be “so what”. Amazing really the change. When I really think about it I think I’ve been this way for about 6 months. It’s taken me until now to realise it.

I can’t be the only one?

Honestly, I never gave a fuck. We have been investigated and tried on rules that were specifically set up to stop us. From that perspective, why should one care.

Also, I have faith in our board, that even if they did do something outside of the norm’s, they aren’t daft enough to let it continue and squared it away prior to audit.

Don’t forget the EFL run by that bastion of integrity Rick Parry. Your comment is well made. The higher echelons of football are infested by people with no ethics or integrity.

Some of them targeted rules have been shown to be illegal as well so will we be punished retrospectively for illegal rules?
Also our non cooperation was to prevent those illegal rules hitting us.

I don't think that is entirely true. It was a change to a current rule which we challenged no? All when Newcastle was taken over and we won as it was claimed to be unlawful. That wasn't anything to do with the 115. It was after the date range of our charges so that isn't part of the 115, not complying to an unlawful rule.
 
Since I am pessimistic person so don't believe anything I say, this is what I am worried about

The reason it's taking too long to announce the result is that City lost and UAE government are trying to apply pressure to soften the blow.
