I don't think that is entirely true. It was a change to a current rule which we challenged no? All when Newcastle was taken over and we won as it was claimed to be unlawful. That wasn't anything to do with the 115. It was after the date range of our charges so that isn't part of the 115, not complying to an unlawful rule.

Well, he was kicked out of UEFA because he was too corrupt for them (!). His sponsors had to put him somewhere else .....

Honestly, I never gave a fuck. We have been investigated and tried on rules that were specifically set up to stop us. From that perspective, why should one care.
For this exact reason, I never cared if we were found guilty either. If we did it, then I'm glad we did - the rules are corrupt, and were only put in place to protect the red cartel. If the only way to be competitive is to bend the rules then so be it!
