The reason it's taking too long to announce the result is that City lost and UAE government are trying to apply pressure to soften the blow.

The game lost it's fecking integrity when the dippers and rags were allowed to pick the PL chair, when they allowed Le Arse to write to everybody asking for a ban on City, before any fecking hearing and allowing gill and parry to leak and lobby against City in all the corridors of power and the media. They wouldn't know integrity if it came and bit them on their arsenal.

In fairness there is nothing to report they were charged by the FA and had until 19th September to respond I guess its now the Fa's process I would be expecting Chelsea to plead guilty as they raised it in the first place maybe its just to decide the punishment
They are awaiting to see if the PL bring similar charges having already been punished by UEFA
