Schools are trying to stop this after kids have died 'planking'. Recent case local to me was kids doing it on a motorway bridge handrail, luckily nothing happened but it just shows how stupid & dangerous it is.

Regardless of whether someone is holding his legs, thats not what the picture shows is it?! The problem is kids see pictures like this and will copy him. Its irresponsible for someone who is a role model as Englands number 1.

We have our own resident Planker ( yes spelt with a P) on here .. Ricster..however he cancelled a dare devil attempt the other week never found out what is was :\

Where i work we have a glass ceiling which is seperated by metal. So, glass metal, glass, metal and so on.

What i was going to do was place my shoulders on the metal so it appeared i was actually planking on the glass from below, but it turned out that the metal was to far apart width ways and i thought it was to dangerous. Still think my lift plank is a cracker though.
