Rag still be ok in term of comply to the break even rule
They can manage to get operating income about 150 M every year before paying debt interest and left around 70 M after paying interest.
But their problem is Glazers need money and left nothing for Fergie to reinforce team. This year they buy only cheap players.
Rag is goting down every year without money injection to the team.
But as long as Fergie still can manage to get CL seat they still can go on and on year in year out.
Until the year they miss, it will be disaster like Liverpool facing now.

The game needs investors who will not work under restrictions, more clubs will go under, be unwilling to support charities/development and fans will ultimately pay the price....Strange no other business suffers these constrants? Lets just say for the sake of argument a club was £70 million in debt and they had a very modest income of say £30 million, how would it stand for someone to come in buy the club and pay off all their debts under Platini's rules ?? Never mind invest in the team !!!

Noticed that we got a lot more sponsors lately?..No, you can have as many sponsors you want.

As for Citys turnover it´s being boosted in multiple ways. We´ll be ok.

I doubt it will happen in it's current form, far to much to risk, it will be watered down and a blind eye turned to transgressions, that's why you do not hear any clubs complaining, very much like many EU regulations
