Surely the players will have something to say about this - it is dramatically cutting their earning potential across the board. Not too familiar with the business side of football, but who represents the players interests as a whole?

Just posted this in the other thread so appolagies in advance BUT this annoys me so much i gotta post here too!

So what there basically saying is the big clubs will have plenty of money to spend but the smaller clubs - no matter how much investment they recieve, will not be able to spend anything until there gate recipts and fanbase is bigger!

This just creates a catch 22 and the current 'big clubs' will get bigger and the smaller clubs stay small.

I would to to fucking shove my fist right down the tw@ts throat.

How can he say its ok and fair for clubs to be 900 million in debt and thats spending within there means but for someone to invest and have no debt is against the rules - get to fuck!

Clubs are companies and surely there owners can invest what they like.

Can you imagine telling Alan Suger than he cant invest in Amstrad because its not fair to IBM!!!!!
