Both him and heath absolute shite. The only thing I am thankful for watching them was you had to be shitfaced . Essential preparation in what was to follow in the upcoming years .Also from the same era, Wayne Clarke
Can forgive him a lot for his save at Anfield and his performance in last Maine Rd derby. Disappointed by his attitude to the club in interviews.Schmeichel
What a mental response. That elbow was cowardly as fk.I don’t know. I’d keep him for the elbow. Love a bit of fight like that. If Savinho had 5% of that he’d be a much better player
Difficult to argue with this.Sammy fuckin mcillroy
End thread
I didn't know that.Ironic really as his Dad was a big blue.
Well over the hill when he signed and never going to be forgiven for his years with the rags. I saw an interview with him prior to a derby and he showed City total respect saying he was honoured to have played for both clubs. A rag but seems a decent lad.sammy mcilroy. What on Earth were the club thinking?
Wayne clarke says hiAdrian Heath, never seen a less talented forward, and yes I include Tony Cunningham
That’s one of the sicker things I’ve ever read from a supposed football fan. I’ve been on both ends of bad elbows. Both, thankfully, only ending in dental issues, but Thatcher’s should have ended his season…and then some!I don’t know. I’d keep him for the elbow. Love a bit of fight like that. If Savinho had 5% of that he’d be a much better player
I don’t hugely disagree to be honest. It was a trite point about the lack of fight and bite and aggression from some of our present teamThat’s one of the sicker things I’ve ever read from a supposed football fan. In a game where too many players feign too many injuries, we have become numb to the career-ending “challenges” (thuggery!) that occasionally arises. I’ve personally witnessed and been involved in a few, and there really is no place in football for them.
Thatcher is a lucky boy that he wasn’t prosecuted for his actions. And, yes, I realize how outrageous that statement sounds about things that happen in the game.
It was Tommy Docherty's son Mike who made 11 appearances from 1975 to 1977.Dohertys son, can't even remember his name played full back for us mid 70s. Could not live down the fact his dad was a prize t**t.
Funny I had Fowler 1st goal & 4-1 City 400/1 had £2 on it City fans chanting we want 5 after SWP rattled the ball into the top of the net, no we fucking don't lolCan’t go with Fowler , he scored the last goal in the 3-1 against the rags .
I had Sinclair F/G , city win 3-1 , £3 @275/1 so I’ll give him a bye .
He gave one of the best performances over 90 minutes I’ve ever seen, we beat Middlesbrough 4:0 the MUEN gave him there first 10/10. The next week the gave Robson a 10/10 yes the were twunts back then too.Controversial one but oh Rodney Rodney Rodney
