Wonder if 12 months ago any one of us would have predicted that the player of the season for 2020/21 would feature Stones, Gundogan, Mahrez, Cancelo so prominently
Agreed pal. Those goals in December and January could prove the difference at the end of the season.Honestly I'd say Gundogan, think he dragged us amazingly through a tough patch and imo he's been very consistent.

KDB is our very best but I’d put Dias and Gundo ahead of him for influence over the whole season.
Ruben stabilised our defence and it‘s rubbed off on others who’ve played alongside him. A decent defence has been the single biggest reason for this year’s success.
Gundo stepped up to replaced Merlin in many respects. Moreover, his goals have offset poor finishing from more likely candidates and made the false #9 system work.
Kev has worked sheer magic on occasions. He’s the epitome of a big game player. Unfortunately, injuries put him behind Dias and Mr Whippy in my book.
While others have been good, the above three are the stand-out contenders in my view.

ILKAY, he kept us going through difficult periods, and scored goals when they were needed, especially when KDB was injured he pulled the team together. A very underestimated player ever present and consistent.
Dias runs a close second for me, and the squad as a whole come third, this squad has been magnificent the Premiere League has never seen a squad like this before, long may it last.
