might as well have one of those blow up players you practice freekicks with in the centre of midfield he is utter dogwank in every possible way.
 
really struggled tonight and for the manager to expect him and Milner to cope was pretty mental. In reality, the 2nd half did vindicate the manager a touch but Fernando still struggled.
 
Firstly how is it possible to spend the £ we have in recent years and start this game with a midfield two of Milner and Fernando? How? Barcelona must have been pissing themselves when they saw the line up!

No more excuses, we have bought an absolute myth. Never mind he can't pass, can't head can't tackle I'm more concerned that he can't run! I've not seen anything like it since watching Gladiators as a kid and seeing someone trying to tackle the travelator.

Fucking awful player and how he is starting any game over Fernandinho is beyond me!

I'm at the point I hate him and can't believe there's still some on here backing him!

I agree with this^^^^. He is not creative but he put in a shift.
 
Was given the runaround tonight and was embarassingly ball watching. A good player in England against West Brom and such like but in against top european sides he's out of his depth.
Then again the same goes for a few of our players.
