Good old Zaba, one second he is going behind opposition lines, next he is winning rhe boll on our half. And again, and again, and again for 90 minutes.
We're blessed to have 2 players in him and Kompany who are prototypes of club captains.

Simply magnificent and has been for most of the season. His ability to overlap time and time again is devastating. He's arguably been our best player this season.

Zab must cover more ground than any other full back in the league, he's up and down the wing so much and rarely out of position. His improvement since we first signed him is phenomenal.

Didn't I hear last night that he has the joint highest number of assists (along with AK, ironically! MCFC, ruining football since....) of any defender in the PL? The bloke plays like a fan would play, and his stamina is phenomenal.

I just love this guy so much. Gives absolutely everything to the cause. Always the last man off the pitch. Hard as nails, puts his head in when the boots are flying, blue blood in his veins. When he retires I hope we keep him to be part of the coaching team. An absolute warrior. Very much like Mike Doyle in my book.

Prised the door open for us going up and down the right side like the Duracell bunny, great crosses and great tackles, had 1 assist could have had more, comfortably MOTM.
