I'm delighted for him. Thoroughly deserved as well, if Vinny is ever unavailable he should have the armband for me.

He might not be the most vocal player, but he leads by example. An exemplary footballer, and a brave player as well, always asks for the ball even when up against it.

So proud he represents my club, the best City player I have ever seen by far.

Just brilliant, glad he's back and looks great with that captain's armband on. Still comfortably our best player as well.
