They're different players to be fair. Silva isn't as direct but unlike the others that you have mentioned, he absolutely and completely runs games. His passing is unsurpassed in the league, his first touch is utterly ridiculous and physics defying on occasion. He must be a nightmare to defend against because it's very very rare you find another player within 3 yards of Silva due to how good he is at finding space, even in today's game where there's far less space than even 5 years ago. His greatest ability in my view is not just to find that space but if he's facing our goal with the ball coming to him, 5 seconds later he's facing the opposition goal with the ball in a yard of space and often a midfielder or defender confused as to where he's gone.
Much of the problem with him is that he's used as the guy who assists the assist rather than the more noticeable last touch or goalscorer, but I don't think this diminishes him in any way. I wouldn't swap him for a single player in the entire league and would rather sell Aguero.
