City have trolled us to the limit here! Drag out a top class signing all summer, then announce it just before the international break. Make us wait two weeks, watch him lead Belgium to two victories, and still wonder whether or not he'll start against Palace!

If Navas starts instead of De Bruyne there will be riots!
 
Whilst it's true that Silva has been playing amazing in the centre, it's also true that he's spent the vast majority of his City career playing from a wide position with freedom... and he was still amazing then too. So after initially being of the mindset that it would be a disaster to move Silva, it actually doesn't matter all that much. Silva can play from any starting position and run games. As it happens, I expect Pellegrini to start with De Bruyne on the right, but should he make a slow start, I don't think he'd be averse to switching their positions.

He really does need to put the crack pipe away.
Silva nominally starts in the centre, Stirling on the left and KDB on the right. The players will interchange continually - a nightmare to defend against.
