Looked good up until his injury.

Real shame, at least a month out now.

We looked miles better with him than without him, it'll be a shame if he's out for very long.

Gutted his is injured already. Playing a 4-3-3 we need players like Delph to balance it out, we only have him and Fernandinho who can do the pressing for long periods. When Nasri moved there Madrid tore us to pieces down the left (where Delph would of been).

Yep. I said I reckon it's six weeks. My question here was more what do you guys think?

Very hard to say with an initial hamstring injury. We won't now until he's been assessed.

If it's just a "twinge" and he was taking off as a precautionary, hopefully he'll just miss the next few training sessions as oppose to the next few weeks.

Fingers crossed as he looked good and City looked far better when he was on the pitch.

It's not so much the tackling with Delph, it's his ability to cover ground quickly and win the second ball. With Fernando pressing and tackling, often by going to ground, we've previously struggled to win those second balls, with it often landing in space, but too far away from Nasri/Sila/Toure. Delph however is quick enough to get there first, which enables us to win back possession much faster and keeps the opposition playing with their backs to our goal. Saw enough today to appreciate he could become a key player in the league; under sung but key.
