Player Topic: Jesus Navas (2015/16)

Every now and again he has a performance where his workrate pays off and people start defending him.

But it should be clear to everyone the lad should not be starting. Squad player like Fernando at best.

Perhaps you would like to remind me of all Sterling's (and Kolarov's, Sagna's or any other player's for that matter) pinpoint crosses or exactly how Nasri would have broken down the defensive wall as he did on Tuesday. He got to the byline and put some decent crosses in. Some were blocked, some found their man and we missed the chance. I remember one poor cross which he completely overhit but overall I thought he did much the same as every player out there.

Navas wasnt starting until silva pulled up in the warm up , but MP should have realised after 60 minutes he just wasnt using the ball in some great positions , Roberts should have been given the last half hour along with Nacho
 
People keep saying that he only plays because of injuries or to give a player a rest. Do you know what that means? It means he plays every fucking match because there is always either somebody injured or in need of a rest. MP can't help himself, he puts him in no matter what.
 
Navas is a squad player, if he can't cross the ball to anyone he's useless. Sterling should have stayed on and navas come off earlier in the game.

He should not even be 2nd line but 3rd line. Roberts should move up on the list despite relative inexperience. JN shouldn't really be in anyone's ideal starting lineup unless we're playing a league one or two club.
 
Ive had enough after today , gets in all the positions then he can't cross or produce something effective , id generally rather have given Roberts a start or gone 4-4-2.

He is shit
