Kolarov with a great switch of play for De Bruyne;) who puts a peach of a cross into the box for Sterling to get on the end of it..

Edited for accuracy

The ball Bobbled up right infront of Kolarov just as he put that "cross" in.

When we get a manager that's prepared to utilise the crossing ability of KDB along with others Bony and as shown today, even the likes of Sterling and Kun are going to have a field day and it's going to give us a "plan B" when Silva can't pick the defence apart. Not having an alternative has been our biggest problem.

Think he's been playing the same balls in the last few weeks but today Sterling got on the end of one and Bony finished from the FK...it's really small margins in this game and today the finishes happened.

Bony was driving me nuts in the 2nd half consistently pulling off the near post run on both KDB and Kolarov. KDB clearly loves that driven curved low pass and the strikers need to adapt because there are goals to be had making that run.

Unbelievable performance today.

The more games KDB/Silva/Sterling play together, the better they'll become. It's worth noting that Barcelona's incredible front three only really hit form last December, it can take a while for players to gel.

I think a more attacking right back would get even more out of De Bruyne. A Dani Alves-eque right back, allowing De Bruyne to roam more centrally beside Silva, with Sterling on the left? Sounds fantastic.

Apart from his dazzling attacking skills, I was very impressed by his defence today. It's great to see him working hard to close down the opposition.

Plan B? Blast it from outside the box:)

Get in Yaya..

He was absolutely brilliant today. Very little to choose between him and Silva for MOM, but De Bruyne probably edged it because of his goal.

He's been poor of late, and the usual knicker wetters are out after one good performance calling him our best ever player, Balon D'Or winner etc etc.

Let's just chill out a bit and let the lad get to grips with the league for a season or two before we start naming stands after him.

Looked refreshed today. There were a few games when he looked knackered. Having Silva on the field has helped his style of play

Electric would hardly be enough to describe his performance. His skills we're aware of but his energy and willing to run at the opposition I'd not seen before, it was like he'd been on holiday and appeared rejuvenated. He was absolutely fantastic.
