I would keep de Bruyne debut for west ham at home mate unless we need him against palace

Next week, we won't do the same again if KDB comes back fit. You don't put a £55m player on the bench. I am sure that he'll start in Navas's place if he's fit, and Palace won't know what's hit them!

That's mistake via ego. You play the squad that you think yields the highest probability for success. Transfer fee's and wages should factor in to the equation to almost no extent.

It's a difficult decision for Pelle to make regarding Navas and KDB, given the start we have made to the season it would be completely unfair to just drop Navas. KDB will need to earn his place in the team but this then raises the issue of the Juve match. You don't pay £50 million for a player and then not play him in the biggest game of the season so far. I suspect that Navas will start against Palace but be subbed after 60 minutes.
