Just a tip for you guys : keep watching his old club Genk, there's a young and very talented player that imo will someday play at City's level.
What's his name mate?

Leon Bailey, 18 year old left footed attacking player from Jamaica. Almost signed for Chelsea this summer, but opted for Genk instead. Real gem of a player, extremely fast and technical and sweet left foot.

Very talented player, but not of the De Bruyne/Hazard level of talent. Savic was a better talent, although different positions and different qualities, so it's difficult to compare them.
I also think Enes is a better talent. Enes has something special, Bailey is just extremely fast and can dribble quite well. Just like 50 other young players in the world.
Bryan Heynen is also possible world class player in the future.
Can he play left back?
Don't agree. Won't compare him with other players just yet, but at his age I think he has everything. Yes, he's fast and he can dribble, but he's got great vision and left foot as well. At 18 years old he's a wonderful talent.
He trained for a while with Ajax as well and they were very very impressed with his ability.
Not much to stick your neck out for. He will win the Ballon D'or by the time he is 30.
Once Messi and Ronaldo have aged out of the picture there won't be many to challenge him.
Complete tosh: we can't even get the season's top scorer in the Premier league team of the season, so we have as much chance of having a City player winning any sort of award linked to a popularity contest as I have of playing in goal for us in the derby...
