Very pleased for him, took his goals smartly, yes he might have had a couple more but all strikers are like that, Aguero could have had 4 against Chelsea. Great for his confidence heading into two important matches.

Very happy for Sterling getting a hat trick. I understand the joy on here. But it's the one game and against mediocre opposition. Let's not get carried away. Hope Sterling doesn't and prove next week he can shine in big games. I would love that to happen.

His second goal reminded me of his goal for the Scousers against us 2 years ago. Superb movement throughout and starting to show more confidence.

Wonder how the scousers will react if he scores the winner next Sun?

Today and second half against Watford-easily his best performances. Free to use his movement and pace. Seems to overthink everything when playing in that left channel and is a waste of his natural talent.
