He can't weight a pass to save his life, has the first touch of a championship player and loses the ball everytime he takes on a player but my blind faith has convinced me that he is going to be world class because respected pundits like Jamie Redknapp and Paul Merson have told me so.

You've got it in one. Revert back to the transfer forum pre season and I said pretty much the same things. Clueless bastards such as Paul Merson and co told us on sky that Sterling's a great player so it had to be true.

Firmino only played with hoffenheim and once gave away possession when he played for Brazil so he couldn't have been any good.

Not to forget the entire 'but Sterling's English' which officially stands as the most wank argument of all time.

I got laughed at when I suggested how ridiculous it was that we could have got Firmino for half the price of Sterling.

Fans will keep deluding themselves though because they desperately want an English player to be one of our star players and don't want to admit we have wasted a ludicrous amount of money on an overrated Jason Puncheon.

Too scared to be a big game player. Really not encouraged by his mentality. To me he seems like he'll always look for other people to step up and produce rather than have the courage and fight to be that man himself.

Does he really deserve the criticism some of you are giving?

He's always one of the biggest threats for City when going foward. Today he wasn't the problem.

How many times did you watch Firmino for either Hoffenheim or Liverpool, honestly?
