Your'e right, it is incredible how little he gets from referees. I think the way he goes over, sometimes a bit on the theatrical side, doesn't help him, but regardless if its still a foul, he should be getting the decisions.

I'm constantly amazed at the level of bullying and snide play he is on the end of from defenders, and yet rarely does he get a free kick. It's becoming a bit of a joke.
