the way the dippers relied on him, if he had stayed there he would have burnt himself out.No blame would have been put on brenda just on how Sterling didn't make the grade. We don't need to use him for the full 90 or every game. He will be benefit from the quality in our squad in the long term.I think he has rejuvenated our team. I think his impact has been that strong. He is fast, got good ball control and that asset has allowed our other good ball players more freedom to express their talents. He started out very well today, I thought but went downhill shortly after the first half and I was not surprised he was subbed but he is only 20 and he is going to be a quality signing for us.

The difference one player has made to our team is staggering. Last season we looked lethargic, teams worked us out and we held onto the ball for too long. Now we can counterattack with real genuine pace and get behind a teams defence instead of trying to pick our way through two banks of 5. It's great to see
