It's impossible to say without a scan. However for the people who are saying because he walked of it can't be that bad, it's not true. I have seen a player continue playing with a knee ligament Injury for a good 30-40 minutes.

pro football? semi or non pro?, cant see that happening in top flight football, the player gets assessed by the club doctor on the pitch there is no way he'd sanction a player to even walk off with suspected ligament damage
It was a youth game, the player was that eager to impress he got straight up from a strong challenge, he hobbled around for a minute or so, gave the signal that he was ok and carried on playing as normal.

thats fair enough mate and i believe you can function for a while before the pain barrier hits in, but with sergio i dont think the club doctor would have let him walk off if the worse had been suspected, i think were looking at a silva type knock here of 4-6 weeks. fingers crossed

Obviously i'm not happy he misses 1 game. But you get what i was trying to say. No clarkie just a shit way of explaining myself.

You've missed the point, your cruciate is a ligament.....

Are you familiar with the reverse Clarkie?

Your right Rammy Blue!!....if it is a strain to the cruciate, we could be looking at a month without Aguero.....BUT if its a tear.......we wont see him back until March, depending on the severity......Dzeko hasn't shown anything even close to the form he showed at the end of last season.....so if this is a bad injury I'm going to starting getting very worried....

It is Rammy Blue how thick can you get. My only excuse i've had to much to drink.

Re: Sergio Aguero

As good a squad as we have Kuns latest injury is exposing our tissue thin striking options with Edin at least 2 matches short of match sharpness and fitness and Jovo in patchy form our failure to adequately replace the Beast could do our progress a great deal of harm in the upcoming tightly scheduled xmas and new year fixture list.

Calm down and stop annoying the fuck out of me....

Re: Sergio Aguero

I just want some sort of official news, good or bad (obviously good) because the heresy and rumours around injuries do my head in.

Unfortunately the club have said they'll have to wait two or three days to find out the full extent of the injury.

a tear and he would have been stretchered off there is no doubt about that,it all points to a strain i think
