Maybe this is the only way to take care of it, by coming off as soon as he feels anything. It could be a problem that has to be managed than something that can be cured.

In the past when we've played him when he was still recovering from injury he's gotten re-injured and out for a longer period of time. I'd rest him until fully ready.

Agree pick up a bad injury tonight he's going to be struggling to get fit for the rest of the season before the euros! I'd leave him out till seville at home
