He's also employed by Manchester City who pay his wages, he's taking an unnecessary risk by playing when he has been out injured for a few weeks.
He should consider the club, his teammates and supporters not just his national team.

If he plays and is injury reoccurs, to me, it's time to say goodbye to the captain.
 
Kompany needs to rule himself out. No way he should be risking derailing our season further because he wants to represent his country in a pointless fixture. Cant serve two masters.
